Please provide your order number, the returned item, and the reason for the return.
After customer service confirms, they will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.
- Shipping Costs: For returns due to personal preference or product replacement, shipping costs are borne by the customer (except for special promotional activities).
After the return is completed and confirmed, we will refund the customer within 3-7 business days using the original payment method.
